Personal Data Processing Policy at the National Hydrogen Development Union

This Privacy Policy on the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter — the “Policy”) is developed by the National Hydrogen Development Union, registered at: 117292, Moscow, Academic Municipal District, 60th Anniversary of October Ave., Building 10A, Floor 6, Office 3B (hereinafter — the “Union”), acting as the personal data operator, in accordance with the Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” and other regulatory legal acts in the field of personal data. The Policy defines the rules for processing personal data and all information about an individual that the Union may receive during the use of the services on the website located at https://h2-union.ru/en/, the owner of which is the Union (hereinafter — the “Services”).

The Operator considers the highest priority and mandatory condition of its activity to be the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including protection of rights to privacy, personal and family secrets, ensuring the protection of personal data of donors and beneficiaries who contact the Union, as well as safeguarding the Operator’s official information from third parties, except as otherwise provided by Russian Federation legislation.

General Provisions

This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data received by the Union from Users in connection with their use of the Services. Use of the Services by an individual constitutes unconditional acceptance of this Policy and the terms of personal data processing set forth herein. In case of disagreement with the Policy, the individual must immediately cease using the Services.

Types of personal data processing of the User include any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with the personal data of these persons using automation tools or without such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

Consent to the processing of personal data may be obtained by the User ticking the corresponding checkbox in the web form on the Union’s website.

The Union publishes the Policy at the address: (https://h2-union.ru/en/) and provides unlimited access to it to any person who personally requests it from the Union.

The Union reserves the right to make changes to the Policy without the consent of Users as necessary. A mandatory review of the Policy is conducted in the event of significant changes in international or national legislation regarding personal data.

The User has the right to review the current version of the Policy on the Union’s website (https://h2-union.ru/en/).

The Policy comes into effect from the moment the order approving it is issued.

The Union reserves the right not to verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the individual or their legal capacity. The individual guarantees that all provided data are accurate, up-to-date, and do not violate the legislation of the Russian Federation.
